What the church most needs at this time are entrepreneurs – people who will risk starting new ventures in ministry, and outreach in new contexts and, in the process, provide new dynamism to the church.
In this workshop Michael and members of the Sentir Graduate School of Spiritual Formation, will explore how spiritual direction can help open up apostolic potential for a changing world. Apostolic dreaming involves supporting others in bringing their apostolic dreams into reality? In one-on-one or group sessions the spiritual director is a co-discerner and together we explore the hopes, potential, resources and skills to help navigate the terrain in which a dream is being birthed or renewed. The process is a combination of spiritual direction, mentoring, role analysis and ministry supervision.
